What are your best workout tips when working from a home office?
I always schedule in a time to take a walk. I have hand weights, and do a 20 minute free weight routine 3x a week.
YouTube has a lot of free workouts too. Its actually surprising to see just how many things are there. But sometimes the hardest thing to find is the time.
